Homeowners
Request private locates, connect with contractors, follow progress, and keep project records together.
UtiliNexus brings homeowners, contractors, and private utility locating companies into one clear workflow—from the first request through the finished project record.
Homeowners are always free. Approved business accounts receive a 90-day founding beta from activation.
Request private locates, connect with contractors, follow progress, and keep project records together.
Manage customers, projects, teams, estimates, invoices, documents, and schedules.
Receive requests, dispatch crews, document field work, deliver records, and manage billing.
UtiliNexus connects the people who request work, perform work, and document the result in role-specific workspaces.
Requests move from intake to scheduling, field work, completion, and billing without losing the project history.
Homeowners, field locators, office teams, contractors, and platform IT see tools intended for their work.
Messages, maps, photos, estimates, invoices, and completed field records remain connected to the project.
UtiliNexus supports private utility locating workflows. It does not replace public one-call or 811 obligations.
Homeowners stay free. Approved locator and contractor companies choose a plan and receive a 90-day founding beta from activation. No card is collected and no automatic charge is enabled during the current beta.

By creating an account or using UtiliNexus, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and, when acting for a business, authorized to bind that business.
UtiliNexus provides project, communication, private-locating, field-record, estimate, invoice, and related workflow tools. Available features depend on account type, permissions, plan, and beta availability. Keep account information accurate and credentials secure.
UtiliNexus is not a public one-call center and does not replace 811 or other legally required notices. Users remain responsible for required notifications, permits, safe-digging practices, utility-owner requirements, and professional judgment. Platform maps and records must not be treated as a guarantee that all facilities are shown.
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant UtiliNexus permission to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content as needed to operate the service and share it with authorized project participants. GPS is collected only through features where the user or device permits location access.
Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, upload unlawful or harmful material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape private data, or use project records to endanger people or property.
Beta features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Back up records needed for legal, safety, insurance, or business purposes. The Founding Beta Terms form part of these Terms for participating businesses.
Homeowner accounts are free. Business account owners may select a free or paid plan. Before any recurring charge begins, UtiliNexus will disclose the price, billing frequency, trial end, cancellation method, no-refund policy, and other material terms and obtain affirmative consent. Current details appear in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
The platform may use hosting, database, mapping, email, payment, or other providers. Their services may have separate terms. UtiliNexus is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its control.
UtiliNexus and its software, branding, and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.
Access may be suspended for security risks, unlawful use, nonpayment after paid service begins, or material violations. To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and liability is limited as permitted by applicable law. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice or consent. Questions may be sent to support@utilinexus.com.
Effective September 7, 2026
We may collect account and contact details; company and role information; project, locate, ticket, customer, message, support, estimate, invoice, photo, file, and field-record information; device and activity logs; and GPS data when a location-enabled feature is actively permitted. UtiliNexus does not currently collect payment-card details because paid enrollment is paused.
We use information to authenticate users, provide role-based workspaces, coordinate projects, display authorized records, support users, secure and improve the platform, communicate service notices, maintain audit history, and comply with legal obligations.
Information may be shared with authorized participants in the same company or project and with service providers that help operate the platform. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
We retain information while needed to operate accounts, preserve requested project records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.
You may update profile information in the service and can request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Device permissions control location access. Contact support@utilinexus.com for privacy requests.
UtiliNexus is not directed to children under 13. Account holders must be at least 18. Material policy changes will be posted with an updated effective date and additional notice when required.
Effective September 7, 2026
Approved locate-company and contractor accounts may activate one 90-day founding beta period. Homeowner accounts remain free and do not need a trial.
The 90 days begin when UtiliNexus approves and activates the business workspace, not on a universal calendar date. The activation date and scheduled beta end date will be shown to the account owner.
UtiliNexus does not currently collect a card for the founding beta and will not automatically charge when it ends. Before paid service begins, the owner must review the current offer and affirmatively choose a paid plan. If no paid plan is chosen, access may move to an available free tier or become limited after notice.
Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change during beta. Participants should report problems and retain independent copies of critical safety, legal, insurance, and business records.
Effective September 24, 2026
Before a recurring charge begins, UtiliNexus will clearly disclose the plan price, billing interval, included seats and features, trial or promotional terms, renewal terms, taxes if applicable, and how to cancel. The account owner must affirmatively select and authorize the subscription.
Account owners may cancel or change plans through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals after the current paid billing period. Except where required by applicable law, cancellation does not create a refund or credit for time remaining in that period.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including monthly and annual charges, renewal charges, unused time, unused seats, downgrades, and partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Trial-ending, renewal, price-change, and cancellation notices will be delivered as required by the applicable offer and law. Billing questions may be sent to support@utilinexus.com.
